Long time no post! I have malas just sitting around and would much rather they go to people that have a need for these good vibrations. So....mala sale! All wrist malas (18 bead) are $22, large size wrist malas as well. All necklaces (108 bead) are $88. All genuine gemstones and charged with healing Reiki energy. Created in meditation with mantras. Can be for wearing or meditating with or both, knotted in between beads for durability.

I have decided to put gong meditations back on hold for a while. Motherhood is currently using all of my resources and I feel like I’m not able to put enough of my time and heart into everything that comes along with hosting an event (for money). HUMBOLDT GONG MEDITATION, at Shakti Space in Blue Lake. Sunday, April 28th, 4-6pm. The next Mother Circle is happening this Sunday in Fieldbrook, 2-4pm. RSVP required in case of rescheduling due to a birth, also RSVP to receive directions to the yurt. Wear comfortable clothing that is easy to move in. Wow, last night’s acupuncture sound bath was incredible. As one attendee claimed, the night was hijacked by Kundalini Yoga and it was wonderful. Everyone gave 200% during a pretty emotionally and physically challenging meditation and the energy in the room was palpable. Come to the Arcata Healing Center this Thursday evening for acupuncture and sound healing. I’ll be filling in for the sound healer while she’s out of town. It’s such an awesome feeling to feel the sound vibrations resonating through the needles while you receive a treatment, it really amplifies the healing!

Yesterday’s Mother Circle at the Birth Yurt was such a beautiful experience. So many mamas, some with their little babes, connecting and sharing and meditating together.
