Even though I founded Sacramento Reiki Center where I have guided hundreds of courageous souls to peace, I used to struggle with seriously crippling grief and anxiety. After my mother passed away, I dropped out of a full ride scholarship graduate program at UC Berkeley. I hopped on a one-way flight to India where I found the support I needed to heal. I still remember how painful it was to feel entirely shattered by loss. I cried all night, every night; I was entirely incapac...itated to function. That’s why, ever since finding my peace, I’ve wanted to give back to my community. My heart extends to everyone who has lost a loved one during this pandemic. 366,415 lost to covid-19, so far. And so, here’s where I get vulnerable... I so rarely even post about my work, because I have been in business for years and I have made it easy for my people to find me. But I know I need this powerful hive mind to reach the population I am called to serve. I have decided to launch a group program to support those who have lost a loved one during the pandemic.
