(200 - 300 degree max is what my hair company recommends). 2 Use Protection! Spray dry hair with OWAY Thermal Stress Protector. (I like to nourish first with OWAY Nurturing Drops -... Split End Sealing Protective Serum with thermal protection). Hot Off The Press by Paul Mitchell holds curls really well too and has thermal protection. 3 Wait 5-20 minutes to comb thru your curls.
