These little desserts have become a favorite around here can’t wait to share them with this weekends wedding. Pistachio panna cotta, cardamom chantilly, pistachio crumble.

Summer salad. Fresh @twinpeaksorchards peaches, heirloom tomatoes, torn burrata, honey-balsamic gastrique.

Course 1: Braised Pulpo, Mexican cocktail sauce, squid ink chipotle purée

Another favorite of the evening. Salmon almandine. Pan seared wild salmon, butternut squash purée, delicata squash, roasted Brussels sprouts, toasted almonds. Heavenly.

Course 2. When we say tasting, we really mean come hungry because we are serving you a 4 course meal

We had a tasting tonight for a lovely 2021 couple! Goat cheese, maserated strawberries, roasted golden beets, micro kale. A perfect passed hors d’oeuvre option.

From protecting our seniors both physically and financially, to supporting local farms and restaurants, this program will be one to remember.
