Document Delivery Need a copy of a case, article, or section of a practice guide? If we have it available electronically, we can email it to you. Submit your request online or via email [email protected]. This service is free during the pandemic. Civil Self-Help Center Telephone appointments are available for all the services we normally offer by appointment, plus guardianships and name changes.
