You can request materials via the online catalog, or by contacting the Circulation Desk at (916) 874-8541 or [email protected]. We’ll call to schedule a pickup when your materials are ready. Document Delivery Need a copy of a case, article, or section of a practice guide? If we have it available electronically, we can email it to you. Submit your request online or via email [email protected]. This service is free during the pandemic. Civil Self-Help Center Telephone appointments are available for all the services we normally offer by appointment, plus guardianships and name changes.
