You have to first ask yourself what you're looking for. -Why do you want to workout?... -What do you want to accomplish from this and how much time are you giving yourself to achieve these goals? These questions are very important because you could be doing the wrong workouts and wasting your time . Let me give you my goals. What I'm looking for is to maintain my muscular build. The biggest mistake people make in making goals is they don't write them down . When you think it, ink it!! Second, put game plan together or an idea of how to get to that goal....
