Wow what a couple weeks!! . My life is full love and suffering (all self imposed). Last weekend @karlyle23 and I went up to #yosemite so I could run the half marathon @vacationraces put on. . We went up on a Friday, I ran Saturday morning and I PR’d. I had a goal of a 7:45 pace and ended up at 7:28. Stoked on the time but still can suffer more and shave some seconds. #alwaysimproving ... After the run went to the valley to hike, check the waterfalls and explore. Damn that #nationalpark is amazing. There was once ice 700 feet above half dome!! Reading/seeing stuff like that makes you appreciate how finite we actually are! #Patiencehealsallthings .
