Neighbor Reports being Scammed: I'm embarrassed to say this but I think I've been scammed and I'm never going to get my money back. A guy pulled up in a truc...k saying he's Asphalt Guys, a smaill company and he'd do my driveway for me. The price was good so I said ok, that was my first mistake. The second was to give him money. Of course nothing has been done on the job since I gave him money on May 26. I told him after a week of nothing happening that I wanted my money back and he said of course that's no problem. Well, nothing..... I've heard every excuse in the book as to why my he doesn't have my money. His name is John Stanley and make sure not to do any business with him. If any of you have, let me know if you think I'll see any of my refund. Positions are for Direct Support Personnel (DSP) who wiil work with individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health challenges. Duties and Responsibilities: You will be responsible for the direct supervision and care of our residents. Duties include: Food preparation, food handling, serving of meals Helping residents with their personal care (i.e. grooming, hygiene) Following daily schedule and activities Maintaining daily written documentation Laundry Upkeep and care of home (i.e. cleaning) And any other duties that are determined necessary. Minimum Qualifications: You must be 18 years of age prior to employment and legally be able to work in the state of California, and this must be verifiable by government issued ID You must have a high school diploma or equivalent You must pass a health screening that includes tuberculosis screening You must have a current Adult First Aid certificate Before employment begins you must have a Criminal Record Clearance (Livescan) submitted and approved.
