People do not fail because of circumstance. They fail because of a lack of clarity. When we get overwhelmed with the endless amount of tasks we need to get done, we lose clarity. Then, instead of being laser focused like a sniper, we use the shotgun approach, in hopes of hitting something anything! We have to fight against that and use systems to help us maintain our clarity. Just like when a sniper looks through his scope, his crosshairs are on his target. That scope keeps ...him focused on this target. To help gain and maintain clarity, I teach my clients the following: Based on the vision you have, you must know, WHAT is the TARGET? WHY does this TARGET matter? WHEN does it need to be COMPLETED by? HOW will I hit this TARGET? Taking the time to answer these questions will help you eliminate distractions. Then we move on to a 90 plan.
