Join me at 2:00p on Thursday, De...cember 24th and we'll prepare this very technical yet not incredibly difficult stunner of a meal. Total time will be around 2.5h - 3h and there's a bit of down time in there if you want to make some sides. This Sunday at 4:30p we'll be making our own pastry dough and preparing the beef tenderloin so don't miss it!
