Crunch! Here’s a picture of yesterday’s mishap on the @haas_automation VM3. Our M3x.5 roll tap tried to plunge thru the hole, rather then thread it. Prime example of why you should always be in front of the machine, and at the controller, when running a first program for the first time. Finishing up some 6061 aluminum brackets on the @haas_automation VM3. 5 operations total. All threads are 1/4-20.
