I just have to say...our Son has been working his butt off, working numerous hours trying to get the shop relocated to it's new home in Chico. As his parents, all we can say is how very proud of him we are. He's exhausted & just wants to get the new business "Bidwell Iron Company" up & running. Our employee Craig has been a tremendous help as well with the move. We have helped, but we've done minimal work during this move in the Big Scheme of things. ... We wish them all nothing but the best as they move forward. Running a Successful business takes skill, a great customer base & great Customer Service. I believe many of our friends & customers are aware....RPA Welding is closing are doors at 2775 Feather River Blvd. #2, Oroville, CA. We will not pay the exorbitant amount of money the realtor "Tom Turk with T & T Realty, is asking for a renewal of are lease, that would begin August 1st. Our landlord Gerald has been amazing. In 5 years he has NEVER been anything but kind, but Tom who manages this property is greedy & we just won't play along, which only means one thing...w...e close our doors. When we first came to Oroville 5 years ago, we never could imagine all the customers we could offer our skills too. The people of Oroville & the surrounding areas have by far surpassed are expectations. We are so very appreciative for all of you. Our Son Curtis is partnering up with another company & moving all are equipment to the new shop in Chico. We are so proud of him in his new endeavor. Further details with the New Business name & location will be posted soon. We hope you follow him & our employee Craig to the new location for the same quality of work we have always provided, just a different location.
