Dear future and Existing customers as many of you know we are a small family business with ONE designer. Designing isn't easy even if you come with what you think is a finished design. 9/10 design brought to us isn't right for cutting. This is one main reason we ask for a week to complete orders. If you ask us to complete a job in less than the 7 days we ask for THERE IS A RUSH FEE. The rush fee lets you jump in front of everyone that has already had orders placed to get yours out first.
