Red Ribbon Week is October 26th-30th. This week, Raiders are encouraged to participate in dressing up for spirit days to raise awareness about the negative effects from drug use. Students who participate will earn points for their 3rd period homeroom. At the end of the week, the top three 3rd period homerooms with the most participation will receive a prize. Make-Up ID & Yearbook Photos is Wednesday, August 19, from 10am-3:00pm in the Hideout. No appointments needed. Yearbook pictures will be for 9-11 graders only since seniors must make an appointment through SouthCoast to take their senior portrait. The deadline for senior portraits is now November 1st due to schedule difficulties.

When presented with challenge, each and every one of you rose to the occasion to serve our students and the Rowland Unified community. With the onset of the pandemic, our District shifted our paradigm to innovate in a whole new way. Through the outstanding efforts of our employees, this spring we served our students, families and community. Providing thousands of digital devic...es, online learning and serving more than 350,000 meals to our children. We kept connected even while apart, including honoring our employees, showcasing student talents and achievements and celebrating milestones with our students and families, including 1,019 students walking across the stage in a personal graduation ceremony. While the 2020-2021 school year may look like no other we have ever had our primary purpose does not change, we will continue to keep our students and staff safe while providing the high quality service we are known for. We will educate and connect with compassion and impact lives each and every day. One day at a time and one student at a time.
