Let’s spice things up! Next week, starting Nov 16, we will start up our PLANKSGIVING Challenge. This challenge works up our core strength in a variety of plank variations that builds duration throughout the week. Let’s do it!

Meet Coach Sarah! Coach Sarah has 10+ years experience in the fitness industry as a personal trainer and as a group fitness instructor. Aside from coaching, Coach Sarah enjoys trail running and competes in ULTRA marathons. She has ran a 100k ULTRA marathon in the past and is training for another one right now! Sarah also enjoys spending time with her three daughters. We are so excited to have a warm and inviting personalitiy as a part of our coaching crew. Come take a class with Coach Sarah!
