Hey Dane, I am much worse. I got a sub for my classes but I wanted to know if you needed me tonight. If not I will stay home.

Much better rehearsal tonight. I was prepared, and my dancers spent the evening fighting their demons (literally!)

Good rehearsal tonight. I learned that I need to be more detail-focused than I am, and that it helps to go over the choreography before class so that you aren't trying to read from notes :) My goal for this week? Less hand waving and more clarity.

I only hope I can be so awesome when I'm old and gray :)
