High School Senior College Announcement! We’re so very proud of learning our very own High Diving teammate Ray Wipfli will be attending and diving at Yale University! Such an amazing accomplishment along with all his other successes. Here’s some fabulous facts about this young man shared with us. Ray Wipfli is a straight A Honors student, the 2018 CIF Division II Southern Section Diving Champion, and a member of La Canada High School's elite Chamber Singers choir. He is als...o the founder of Ray United FC - a non-profit organization that provides health education and soccer training to youth in Uganda. Ray was a Sports Illustrated Kids 2018 SportsKid of the Year finalist, winner of the 2017 Gloria Barron Prize, and recognized a Youth Service America Everyday Hero. He is excited to continue his diving and academic career at Yale University. Heather Wipfli It’s such an honor to have him on our team and be such an inspiration for all of us. See more
