Progressions (or regression) of the Squat Proper technique will trump any feat of so called strength in the field of competition. Its important to employ correct mechanics when doing any movement. TODAYS IS THE SQUAT KEY POINTS chest up... Back flat brace your core Bend knees to 90* Try your best to slightly push your hips back Keeping those knees on top of your ankle Drive through the middle of your foot (Not your heels or toes) Try anyone or all of these for 3-5 sets of 15-20 To build strength endurance.
