We spent the entire last two weeks, 12 hour days, renovating the gym so that when Alameda county finally says GO we can open immediately! Only thing missing now is you guys. Hurry the hell up Alameda county.

In recent times we’ve had to learn to live with change and uncertainty. Some of the quarantine haircuts have been looking as strange as the times we are living in. Meanwhile, we are standing on dots at the grocery store like a dumb game of twister. ... Some things in life though will always remain constant. Things like food, music, dance, and martial arts will always be some of the most effective ways that humans from different places connect and exchange culture. These things are innately human and we’re going to need more of these in the coming months. As we prepare for Roots to eventually reopen, our dedication to develop and enhance peoples lives through martial arts burns hotter than ever.
