Just like nothing else has made sense the last the last 75 days the Golden state All of Sudden with no warning says I can open up my salon tomorrow. However they give you a 10 page criteria of protocols that I am supposed to implement to reopen. My phone has been blowing up all day with people wanting to make appointments and asking me if I’m opening tomorrow. There’s no possible way I can open up and meet all these expectations in 24 hours. Just like all of you supported me... when my business closedown, I need your support while re-opening. First of all the liability is too risky to re-open so quickly. Not to mention things will be very different, we will not be able to see as many clients in one day. My clients safety as well as mine is my first priority. I am hoping for an open date as of June 15th. I have already been booking appointments for weeks if you don’t have an appointment with me already it may be a while. Today marks 60 days I have been shut down from working in my small business hair salon. It’s been a challenging time emotionally, socially and financially. But I am OK! I won’t GIVE UP What I have worked so hard for. I have FAITH. But I am asking a big favor. My windows are dark my salon is shut down but I still want to express creativeness in my community. I want EVERYONE who loves and supports me and ROOTS to send me a hand written card, picture, letter, or note to put on d...isplay in my window. I want to bring the back old town so it can start beating again. Without our your love and encouragement I couldn’t survive.
