In my 20 years in immigration law practice, I never had any senior government official apologize to me or to my client in writing on behalf of the USCIS. My complaint expressed concerns re interviewing USCIS officer’s bullish and biased case handling behavior. We simply cannot give up hope, particularly during this pandemic and our countrywide turmoil. As you can see, justice in America still prevails, most of the time. This is really amazing! My client was happy beyond belief to hear this news today after a 3 year wait time, multiple interrogations and case refilling’s.
