The CA State Board of Equalization (SBE) will hold a teleconference of its annual Taxpayers’ Bill of Rights hearing on Aug. 24, 2021, at 10 a.m. Taxpayers, assessors and other local agencies will have the opportunity to provide comments on items discussed in the SBE’s Taxpayer Rights Advocates Annual Report (a copy of the most recent report is available on the SB...E website). Attendees may also identify ways to correct problems mentioned in the report and to comment on all Board-administered programs or local property tax issues.
