The onboard computer of the ROM provides great feedback to evaluate your performance and progress. - The top number or "Current Pace," tracks your RPMs over each second of the 4 minutes, capturing your peak score at the end (in this case 89.) - The "Target Pace" is an algorithm that changes from high RPMs to lower RPMs over the 4 minutes. Your job is to stay above that pace throughout the exercise.... - The "Time Remaining" counts down from 4:00 to 00:00. - The "% of Target" is your performance score. The calculation is based on how your Current Pace exceeded the Target Pace over the span of 4 minutes. This ROM user scored extremely high upper body numbers with a peak of 89 RPMs (strength) and an overall performance score of 133% of target (endurance.) You can gauge your daily scores on the performance chart that comes with your ROM. By charting your numbers you can clearly see your increases in strength and endurance noting your personal best scores for upper and lower body. As your fitness increases, simply increase or decrease the resistance on the flywheel to create a whole new level of performance.
