For the subwoofers we used th...e new @dbdrive_audio 12 G5’s running off a @soundigitalusa 5000.1 amplifier. We used a Sound Digital 1200.4 for the interior speakers & added in a secondary battery under the hood. We also ordered an upgraded alternator. Than the sound system will be complete. 2003 Chevy Suburban got the works. Our good friend wanted us to design a loud but daily system for him. So we started out with 3 Addictive Audio Version 4 12 s...ubwoofers. A custom built, double baffle box. Wrapped in vinyl and carpet. For the highs we used a set of DB Drive 3 way components. Front & back doors got coaxial’s. For amps we used a Sound Digital 8000.1 and a 800.4 Evo. The battery in the front got replaced and added another under the seat with a battery tray we welded for a perfect fit. We also did a new Compustar T12 remote start with Drone. To complete the look we installed a set of Amp Research steps instead of the standard NEF bars. 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 had a system put in about 14 years ago. It needed an upgrade so we started with door speakers, using a set of Blam Relax 6X9 components in t...he front. 6.5 Blam Relax coaxials in the rear. The subwoofers we used were a set of Helix K12 subwoofers. Sealed up in a fox box enclosure. The amplifiers we used were the Helix C1 and C4 AB Class models for a clean high-end sound result. All new wires from Stinger were run straight to all the mids and highs running off a Pioneer AVIC-W8500 flagship radio.
