I first saw this buck in September going the opposite direction of every other whitetail around. He made a few appearances throughout the season but we were unable to make it happen until the last week of hunting. He would stay out of shooting range all day long in the middle of the Agg fields and would never leave the field the same way. But as the rut was in full swing he finally slipped up and followed a doe up a tight draw and Dennis along with guide Konrad took advantage. The 2020 season is off to a good start. I had the opportunity to get out hunting Monday afternoon with a couple great friends. I was able to get an arrow in this guy at the end of the afternoon and not wanting to push him in the dark we decided to leave him for the night.
