Walking version of VOR training. Same rules: eyes fixed at the target in front of you, head moving horizontally, vertically and diagonally (nose over your shoulder and then down to the arpit on the other side). If you wanna add your favorite music and move on the beat even better. More #brain activation!!!! Chodící verze VOR tréninku. Stejná pravidla: oi fixované na njaký cíl ped vámi, pohyby hlavou horizontáln, vertikáln a diagonáln. Jestli k tomu pidáte vaši oblíbenou muziku a budete pohybovat hlavou podle rytmu? Jen dobe. One of the biggest mistakes we trainers, coaches or fitness professionals make is using exercise as a PUNISHMENT instead of REWARD!!!! Example: losing team has to do push ups, or run a lap, athlete arrives late to practice - 10 push ups!!! Doing that we are creating a subconscious belief that exercise is a PUNISHMENT. This belief can get stuck in our mind for the rest of our life and have a negative impact ( obesity, diabetes, posture) , because we will never like exercisin...g. This video is showing a simple drill using exercise as a REWARD!!!! Our little athlete is playing letter ball standing on a single leg. When an athlete succeeds, the athlete performs burpee as a REWARD!!!! Doing so we are slowly changing its mind set, that movement is a REWARD and not punishment. Jednou z nejvetsich chyb my trenéi, kouové nebo lidé živicí se trénováním dláme, že zneuživáne cvieni jako TREST namisto ODMNY!!! Piklad: družstvo , co na tréninku prohraje, musi bžet koleko nebo dlat kliky. Pozdní píchod na trénink = kliky, depy, bžet koleko atd. Tímto podvdom vytváíme u dtí pesvdeni, že dlat kliky , bhat nebo obecn cviit je trest nikoli odmna. Toto pesvdeni v nich mže zakoenit na celý život a negativn ho ovlivnit ( obezita, cukrovka, držení tla, úspch ve sportu atd.). Video ukazuje jednoduchý drill, kdy je angliák použit jako ODMNA za udržení rovnováhy na jedné noze, chyceni míku a petení posledního písmenka nebo ísla tsn ped chycením. Improve quality of your life via eye training Number #1 job of our brain is a SURVIVAL in whatever we do. Not two weeks from now, not tomorrow, right now. This is happening via constant PREDICTION and evaluation of situation. Most important sensory system our brain uses to predict and evaluate is VISION. But what if our vision is not great and brain is having a hard time predicting? Well, then the brain will step on break to tell you that. It will make you move slower, it c...an make your body tighter, stiffer, weaker, it can make you feel anxious and depressed. It may produce pain as a signal to change your behavior. Here is simple visual drill called a SMOOTH PURSUIT. Do you struggle to track objects in your environment when you’re playing baseball, tennis, hockey, soccer, driving car or watching TV? If YES, you will like this drill. It stimulates part of your brain called Parietal Lobe that is responsible for proper eye tracking. This is what you do. Keep your head still no matter what. You can use your other hand to hold your chin making sure the head is not moving. Keep your eyes on target ( tip of the pen, your thumb ) while you are moving back and forth from neutral into different compass directions. Up, down, right, left and in all four diagonals. 3-5 reps each. In every sport and activity there is an almost magic ingredient that goes largely unrecognized and ignored. That magic ingredient is an important part of movement efficiency - RHYTHM - and it often separates good athletes from great athletes. RHYTHM manifests in athleticism in many ways because it’s the ability to flow from movement to movement at different tempos with maximum efficiency. Every athlete needs this skill. Here is an example of internal rhythm practice ...using juggling and metronome. Practice of ability to feel or follow a beat and to time movements to specific metronome tempo. V každém sportu a nebo lidské innosti existuje vždy njaká tajná magická složka, která je do znané míry neuznávaná i ignorována. Tato magická složka je dležitou souástí efektivity pohybu - je to RYTMUS - který asto oddluje dobrého sportovce od vynikajícího sportovce. RYTMUS se projevuje ve sportu nebo v normálnim život mnoha zpsoby, protože je to schopnost voln plynout z pohybu do pohybu v rzném tempu s maximální úinností. Tato schopnost je velice dulezita pro kvalitu našeho pohybu. Zde je píklad interního rytmického cviení.
