This video series introduces Annie, a therapist who will walk Uniquely Knitted members through managing the stress and emotions of infertility. This summer, we created social media ads for @d4jministries virtual dance classes! Dance 4 Joy teaches kids, teens, and adults how to share their love for God through dance at their camps and classes. Little ones can dance with their parents, and kids of all ages can develop their dance skills! Each month, we created ads to promote their classes, specifically directed to local families and dancers. Now, we're here to share some ad tips for you!... When creating a Facebook or Instagram ad, you'll want to create an image or video that shows off your product or service. Remember, you'll want to limit the amount of text on an image to comply with Facebook's ad rules! Next, you have to write a caption. You only have a sentence or two to make an impact, so get to the point ASAP and end it with a clear call to action so your viewers know what to do. ""Spots limited, so sign up today!"" You'll also be asked to link the ad. The worst thing you can do is use a link that doesn't work! Make sure you test your links so they lead to the correct page that details exactly what they get from your ad and allows them to purchase it. Target the right audience. Do parents need to see your ad for your awesome line of kids clothes? Maybe tech-savvy students need to see your ad about your homework app. Either way, make sure your ad gets see by the right people by selecting the appropriate demographics!

Today is the day! Get out there and vote! As we've mentioned over the last few weeks, the Rogue team has #electiondayoff, just as we hope all of you do too. This is important! Here are some important tips for today.... Expect long lines. Bring your mask and a snack, and get there early! Look up the propositions in advance so you're informed and don't feel pressured to rush while you're voting. Bring your sample ballot or a list to the polls with you to save time. If you are in line when voting ends, stay in line! You can still vote! Bring your own black ink pen. This will help you stay that much more sanitary! That's why it's so important to make these discussions happen and encourage everyone to exercise their civil rights!

Rogue says VOTE! Have YOU voted yet? Voting is an important right! Use your voice! We're inching closer and closer to the voting deadline. If you are voting by mail, today is the last day to send it so it makes it by November 3rd! (Expect the post office to get backed up!) No matter who you're voting for or the method you choose, vote and encourage others to do the same!... This week, we're bringing a new challenge to all business owners. Check this out! We created videos for our wonderful clients at Legal Aid Foundation of LA. LAFLA supports members of the LA community with free legal services and advocacy for those living in poverty. This video tells Karen's story. Here's more insight about Karen from LAFLA. "Karen's past prevented her from building the life and career she desired. For decades, Karen's record held her back from obtaining jobs she pursued; and she did not know how to move forward. LAFLA helped Karen expunge her convictions, enabling her to obtain positions as a manager at a nonprofit focused on food justice, and also as a security guard. Karen received a fresh start after many years of frustration and hopelessness."

What qualities define a good boss? For most jobs, especially in a creative setting, there has to be freedom to develop new skills and think outside the box. It's up to the boss to encourage "Big Idea" thinking! (Bonus points if your boss lets you bring dogs to the office or show up to Zoom meetings in your pajamas. ) We're pretty confident that our boss does this and more....
