It’s a sad day here at Rocking J Ranch. We found out that our shoer and very dear friend passed away! Candy was so sweet and always smiling. He would bring us breakfast while asking me to run away with him. We shared meals and laughs together. I have posted several times the gifts he made for me from shoe nail crosses, horseshoe Christmas tree, to tie ups. His wife Rosie is the best woman and man could ask for and right now she needs all the good thoughts she can get to get t...hrew this. Their love is inspiring. Candy is also who we got peanut from. Skylyr first official horse that was only hers. Thank you for that candy it has help guide her to were she is today. The first time I met candy he needed service on his phone the first thing I said was to go behind the barn and bend over might get it that way. When he turned round and told me to go with him for better reception I knew we were a match made in heaven. Lol Candy you are gonna be so missed. We will be here for Rosie. We love you and just can’t believe your not here.

Hey all!! If you are a boarder, worker, or here to visit someone PLEASE respect our speed limit. The slower the better! Max speed 8 miles an hour!! We have kids and animals here. You will be held responsible including criminal charges for any damages/ or death resulting in speeding. I’m tired of saying this!!! I don’t speed in your driveway don’t in mine! If I have to ask more then once you will also be asked to leave here I don’t care if your a boarder, shoer, worker, trash guy, anyone!!!! I’m asking this not just for the safety of horses or kids but for anyone that comes here! We want it to be a safe place for everyone!
