Update -Newsom has lifted orders for salons in California to operate safely indoors the LA County Department of Public Health has not permitted the reopening. As soon as La county gives permission for personal services to operate legally, I will be contacting everyone who had an appointments scheduled / filled out an intake form to confirm a new date/time. I am excited to jump right into fall looks & I’m not complaining about all the breakout color trends @refinery29 reported on.
