Robinson Calcagnie partners Mark P. Robinson, Jr. and Dan Robinson announced a settlement of up to $800 million for the victims of the One October shooting at the Route 91 Harvest Festival in 2017. Our firm spent nearly two years advocating for the rights of One October victims and believe this Settlement will provide meaningful compensation to the many lives that were forever changed on October 1, 2017. This settlement was the culmination of many months of hard-fought litigation and negotiation, said Mark P. Robinson, Jr. Although it doesn’t bring back any lives lost or heal any wounds, we hope it serves an important step in helping victims of the One October Shooting and their families find some sense of closure and healing.
