Today's #wisdomwednesday is from the podcast - Oprah's Super Soul Conversations with Jon Kabat-Zinn, who is the creator of a mindfulness course titled, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction. I heard this podcast and was reminded how easy it is for me to get into "auto-pilot" and miss those moments that allow me to live life before death. Jon Kabat-Zinn says, "Is there life before death? If you're zoning along on auto-pilot, you may miss certain aspects of your life." In essense we may be dead, before we have even died. I'm a big fan and thought I would share some of his wisdom on #weathlywednesday
