Gallery artist Karine Laval was invited to participate in the BillboardCreative project, which transforms 31 Los Angeles billboards into public art spaces this fall. The artwork pictured on the billboard is "Untitled #23" from the series "The Pool", which is also included in the recently released Steidl monograph "Poolscapes". Other invited artists were Marilyn Minter, Lawrence Weiner, Laurie Simmons and Spencer Tunick. Go check it out on Highland and Melrose if you’re in LA!
