Okay, so I did not put in the volleyball net for Coach Zink but I did get to put in a badminton court. Oh yes, and we had fun today. Thank you to all the Rattlers and friends for the birthday and anniversary wishes for Kim and myself.

Loved the fact that my friend and assistant coach and I came up with a photo for a shirt that ended on his wall as a show piece. The statement is forever true!!!

Throwback Thursday at both of the tracks that I know really well. Hopefully we get the chance to return soon to them sooner then later. 2021 here we go!!

Throwback Thursday continues as we go back to a Saturday when we worked on conditioning and running form. Maybe it was a weekday anyway. All my days are looking the same. Haha!!
