With the scheduled launch of Mercury's Customer Portal on February 28, life is about to get easier for both our customers and our agents. Using the portal, customers will be able to: Pay their bill quickly and easily View their auto policy information... Print and even download their ID cards to a smartphone Access digital copies of their auto policy documents and bills Receive auto billing notifications by e-mail Contact you, their agent with one touch Request policy changes through their agent View their auto claims and payment history All of this using their computer, laptop, tablet and even smartphones! Customers can now request policy changes through the portal by using a convenient policy change request form. All requests will be sent to their agent, however, and these changes will need to be processed by the agent to become effective.
