God is our loving Heavenly Father! How have you felt His love in your life?

Two simple ways to feel your Heavenly Father's love EVERY DAY are 1. Pray (tell God how you are doing/what you need help with) 2. Read scriptures (let God speak to you through the scriptures)! ... As you do this, we promise that God will comfort you on your bad days. He will help you with what is important to you. He'll cheer you on. He'll remind you that you are loved. You will feel close to Him and have a RELATIONSHIP with Him.

As we discussed in previous weeks, the Spirit or the Holy Ghost can help us feel and learn many things!! One of the amazing things that it can help us learn is that we are God's children!! God is literally the father of our spirits (or souls)! Just like we have parents on earth that gave us our bodies, we have parents in heaven that made our spirits! ... Want to know for yourself? Pray and ask God if He is your Father and you can get an answer!

Emotional Awareness The first step on the journey to wellness is acknowledging our emotions, and then doing something about them Tonight's live (besides being technical difficulty free!) is all about how we can become aware of our emotions. Debbie Rinquest, a Licensed Massage Therapist, Ortho-Bionomy Practicioner, and Life Coach through Courageous Living Coaching, gave us some incredible wellness principles to apply, including integrity, non-judgement, compassion, charity..., and the brilliant statement of "watch what you make it mean." Ultimately, our greatest source of awareness is our Heavenly Father, and we invite each of you to ask Him what you need to be more aware of in your life.
