Riverfront’s Winter Show Ahhh, here we are at the beginning of a new year, a time when we all tend to take a look back at what was. Riverfront’s Winter Show is right in line with that mood. Both of our featured artists are presenting retrospectives. Painter Christine Kierstead Sheeter has representations from several prior series: from the period when she suffered from epilepsy, from her series on rescue animals in shelters, on the disappearance of cultural items as societ...y and technology change, and on words and their power. Photographer Dan Kabanuck is again showing photography of the North Bay, much of it in black and white and most of it printed on metal. Dan is also offering a book of these photographs. The show runs through March 3. At present, the gallery is open noon to 4:00 on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Shop online at www.riverfrontartgallery.com Featured: Joyous by Christine Kierstead Sheeter, In the Shadow of Giants by Dan Kabanuck
