Rivals United Track & Field Club

The new summer track season for Rivals United is upon us. I will need to cancel practice for this upcoming Monday & Wednesday due to unexpected family coming to town. We will have practice Tuesday & Thursday this week at 5pm at Lincoln high school.

We will have Skylar and Grace competing at the USATF Junior Olympics in Greensboro, NC July 22-27. Skylar in the 100m & 200m. Grace in the 400m.

What a great trip and meet Rivals United TF Club had up in Eugene, OR. We represented our club team very well. We had five athletes participating at the meet. Each and everyone of them did a fantastic job. Vincent & Trinity both set personal records. Vincent in the 100m & Trinity in the 200m. Skylar, Claire, and Grace made the finals in their events. Skylar set a summer best and took 7th overall in the 100m & 6th overall in the 400m. Claire set summer best in the 100m & took ...4th place overall in the 400m. Grace had her best meet of the summer season. She tied her personal best in the 200m. She set her personal bests by two seconds in both the 800m taking 4th place overall, & the 400m taking 2nd place overall. I'm so proud of my kids for all their hard work and dedication to the sport.
