On behalf of the team at Ritual, I would like to take a moment to provide encouragement and reassurance during this time. Due to the increasing risk associated... with COVID-19, each of our specialists are implementing extended measures to ensure your safety. We have always maintained a small, sterile environment, rarely hosting more than 6 people at a time including staff. We are now asking that only those with scheduled appointments come in, please do not bring any guests. We also ask that upon entering the building you go straight to the restroom to wash your hands. We will be disinfecting door handles and surfaces after every entrance and exit as well. Please continue to give adequate notice of 24 hours of more if you plan to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We will be waiving cancellation fees for those who become symptomatic. As of today, there are still no confirmed cases of COVID-19 in either Yuba or Sutter Counties. Unless a mandatory shelter-in-place is imposed in Sutter county, we plan to remain open. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact your specialist. These are challenging times, and we deeply value the support you give to our business.
