The new high balance loan limit will be $822,375 & the conforming limit will be $548,250 nationwide. Starting Nov. 24, 2020, we can process those loans as high balance loans and Not JUMBO . This will help lots of our buyers to qualify for better terms and rates than stringent JUMBO loans guideline
