Loofahs will be at the Healdsburg Farmers’ Market Saturday from 8:30-noon! Did you know that loofah are actually a squash? They grow on a vine and look like a cucumber. When they are light and airy they are ready for harvest. The skin is peeled off, a sap is rinsed off, and hundreds of seeds are shaken out. After, they are dried in the sun and ready for use! Crazy, right?!

The Windsor Farmers’ Market is not happening today due to the fires. However, we know that people still need healthy produce. We have you covered for melons, apples, flowers, and more.
