Ready? 1Take a shower, put on PJs and let your kiddo eat popcorn in bed - while watching Frozen for the millionth time and give yourself grace to not get everything done on th...at todo list and just relax! 2Call that friend! You know, the one you’ve been meaning to call but it always seems like the wrong time? Call that friend and connect. Connecting with friends can be so good for the soul! 3Spend time in God’s word! This is something I have been trying to make a daily habit. It truly fills my cup and when you think about it - it’s the best form of self-care.
