Hi, everyone : ) I just wanted to check-in and see how you are all doing. ... As I navigate this new situation for myself, I noticed that sometimes I need a break from the insane amount of news coming to my phone. It seems like I see it everywhere; social media, phone app alerts, TVand nearly ALL of it is based around projecting fear. So let me ask you this; How often are you sucked into the latest news? Do you find yourself instantly anxiety ridden after reading the headlines? How often is a healthy dosage of the news that allows you to stay informed, but doesn’t consume your mental health in a negative way?
