Richmond Police SWAT / K-9 units conduct a joint training In light of recent tragedies around the country, the SWAT and K-9 units conducted a joint training to practice active shooter and emergency rescue scenarios. Officer Brown and K-9 partner Odin, Officer Khalfan and K-9 partner Cash, and Officer Gault and K-9 partner Major incorporated their K-9’s into the SWAT teams response to various scenarios by incorporating a less than lethal option and also an option to quickly ...locate and arrest a suspect.
