I've driven in by the "Manor" for the past 15 years and would occasionally peer through the front gates and steal a glimpse at the majestic mansion perched high above the other nearby homes. So, when David Parnes posted this video on his experience while working as the listing agent I was more than curious to to watch and get a further insight beyond the front gates. Although the video is quite long, I was enthralled with the way David and Sam Palmer brought a human component to this 56,000 square foot home and were candid of what its like to live and maintain undoubtedly L.A's most iconic residence. Wonderful video, a little long but well worth it. Congratulations to David Parnes on the successful sale.
