Fall is coming!! Now is the time to check your home policies to make sure you are properly insured. Check out your house to make the proper maintenances: check for water leaks, inspect the roof, any trees shrugs over the roof or any mold. These are done before the rain season comes. And even though CA doesn't really get rain, lol, there are those special times when we get a lot of rain at once. Be prepare!!

Big storm is coming up people!! The biggest storm of the season so far. I would highly suggest preparing your homes to avoid flooding. Place sandbags around the lower levels of your house. Keep and eye out for flooding.
