I have previous experience working at an inpatient treatment center for adolescents struggling with anxiety, depression & substance abuse. I also interned for a non-profit organization, Deep Life Solutions, where I worked with adolescents, families & couples as well as leading a women's group. I have a passion for working with children, adolescents & their families. I use an integrative approach, tailoring the therapy to each individual client & making it "their therapy". I work to help individuals feel as though what they're feeling is normal & that they can overcome those negative feelings.
