Ever used an ice pack or heating pad? If so you're gonna love this! Bluetooth controlled hot and cold therapy on the go, NO ice and NO plugs. Incredibly excited for and proud of the incredible team at RecoverX for an amazing job getting this revolutionary product to market. It has been an honor to work with you! https://www.recoverx.io/
Custom fit MIFAs (Meandering Inverted-F Antennas) are ideal for wearables and small devices with limited space. EM simulation of the antenna's current density is a great tool to evaluate the behavior on the PCB.
Another fantastic Old Nokia Gang of San Diego reunion happy hour!! It's been almost 20 years since some of us have seen each other and it was great to re-connect!

Check out this educational video by the Nordic Semiconductor ASA team on how output power, receive strength and modulation vary for LTE-M (Cat-M1) and NB-IoT in order to maintain connection and minimize energy consumption using their nRF9160 development kit. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p1_0OAlTcuY
The week of Waveguides! A waveguide is just that - a guide for waves in this case radio frequency (RF) waves. Why? ... Waveguides confine the wave to propagate along a single axis. Under ideal conditions there is no loss while propagating. The walls reflect and contain the waves to the inside of the waveguide. An open ended waveguide like these will help focus radiation in one direction.
What started as an interesting experiment 3 years ago and plenty of crazy times, has grown to where we are today! So much appreciation for our fantastic clients, friends and people in the industry that have helped and supported us along the way!! Thank you!
For antennas, size does matter! Here are 3 commonly used antennas that cover the entire frequency range of 30 MHz to 26.5 GHz for FCC emissions requirements of a 2.4 GHz device (Bluetooth, WiFi, etc).
