Work alongside 27-year veteran Chef Amy in creating delicious Californian food. We source from the best, local, sustainable ranches and farms. We love hospitality, and cooking great food is our first priority. Candidates should know how to butcher chicken, fish and some meat cuts, and all basic skills: braising, roasting, pasta making, soup and stocks. This position works alongside Chef, setting up the day’s prep, and running the line during service. Experience with sausag...e making and charcuterie a plus. Candidates should be committed to fine food and hard work, able to lift 50#, and have a good palette with the ability to taste, season and cook all stations. Women and POC are encouraged to apply.
