Time for some dips

I want to give a huge shout out to this woman right here! Since she has started, she has put 100% into every workout I’ve thrown at her. No complaints. No questions asked. Just completing it with everything she had. Her diet, her focus, her energy,!her overall lifestyle has all changed significantly. Nothing I love more than seeing a client accomplish their goals by following the plan! She has lost over 8 lbs, 3% b.f. and a total of over 10 inches. WOW! Most importantly she FEELS so much better than before! I’m proud of you Malerie for your hard work and dedication. Looking forward to more results LETS DO THIS!!!
