This month we have a special edition of the Employee Spotlight Award! At the end of every other quarter, we honor a Manager and a store that achieved excellence during that period. We have named this the Outstanding Achievement Award. For the second half of 2019 Bert Kinney earned that honor. Bert is the newely appointed manager of Rental Guys - Paradise. Bert started with Rental Guys in 2014 at our Chico store as yard technician. At the time of his hire he was the lowest ranking employee we had. Through grit and determination he worked his way up to a store manager in the town he grew up. We are very proud of his accomplishment and look forward to seeing his continued success. Congratulations Bert!

November - Employee Spotlight of the Month! Today we are honoring Jesus Camarena. Jesus started with us in 2010 in our Chico store. He was hired as a yard technician, and shortly after became a truck driver. Through ten years of hard work, we have seen him grow personally and professionally. In December each year, he travels home to Mexico to visit his family and check on his business. While working for us, he decided to open his own rental yard in Mexico and have a family member run it for him. We are very proud to employ someone as driven as he is and are excited about his future. Jesus, thank you for ten years of excellence, we look forward to many more!

October - Employee Spotlight of the Month! Today we are honoring William Sanford. Will started with us in 2018 in our Red Bluff store. He was born and raised in Red Bluff and graduated from Red Bluff High School. Will’s favorite thing to do is rent equipment; when he has an off day he likes to spend it hunting, fishing or riding his motorcycle. Will plays a crucial role in assisting our Red Bluff store manager as well as managing our Red Buff store on weekends. Will, we appreciate all the hard work you do. Congratulations!

Recently our owner, Alex DuBose picked up a new 2020 Peterbilt semi-truck. We are excited to see this truck making deliveries faster than the speed of orange for the foreseeable future.
